He is survived by: his parents, Norman Haider and Claire Haider (Watson); his children, Sarah and Michael John II; his siblings, Ted Haider (Carol), Aimee Dalton and Jeffrey David; Kathy (Farrow). He is also survived by his aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
