He is survived by: his parents, Beth Lynn Breiner and Joseph Simsiesak; his grandparents, Larry Palmquist, Linda Greer and Stewart Braizer; his uncles, Daniel Rogers Jr. (Chelsea) and Doug Rogers (Jessica); his sisters, Zoey Frake and Briana Briener; his siblings' children, Chase, Colton and Ember; and his siblings, Alexis Simicsak, Sara Simicsak and Joseph Simicsak, Jr.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
