He was predeceased by: his parents, William Varhula and Anna Varhula; and his wife Mary Ann. He is survived by: his children, John Varhula (late Stephanie) and Julie Ann Varhula; his grandchildren, Joseph Oscar Varhula and Rebecca Anna Varhula; and his sister Marlene Tartaglia.
