He was predeceased by: his sister Carol Deal; his brother-in-law Clyde Osborne; and his parents, John Szymanski and Dorothy. He is survived by: his children, Jade (Edward), Brooke and Dean; his granddaughters, Josephine and Miriam "Mimi"; and his siblings, Barbara Zembruski (Mark), Joseph Szymanski (Patti), John Szymanski (Andrea), Linda Osborne and Lorraine Wenstrom (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
