She was predeceased by: her brother Frank Kus. She is survived by: her husband Edward A. Wozniak; her sons, Edward Wozniak (Eddie Parzygnat) and Michael Wozniak (Natasha); her granddaughter Autumn; and her brothers, Theodore Kus and Robert Kus. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
