She is survived by: her husband Joseph Fakelmann; her children, Robert Fakelmann (Olga) and Susan Germaske (Bill); her grandchildren, Gregory (Abby), Nicholas Fakelmann (Jacqui), Michael Germaske (Kristen), Lynn Scarrozzo (Carter) and Christine D'Alessandro (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Paisley, Noah, Chase, Kylie, Cora, Mia and Molly; her friends, Dot and Marge; and her cousins, Lucy, Tony, Isabel, Joan, Ray, Mary K. and Matt.
