She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sofka and Florence Sofka; and her brother James Sofka. She is survived by: the mother of her child Thomas R. Blume; her daughter Melissa Blume (Fernando Casacuberta); her grandchildren, Natalia Blume and Christian Blume; Thomas N. Blume.
