Jason’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Bennett; his grandfather Joseph F. Sheehan; and his uncle Joseph Sheehan (Maddie). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Bennett (Durner); his mother Karen Bennett (Sheehan); his grandmother Anne Sheehan (Dowling); his sister Kristin Bennett; and his half-siblings, Ronald Bennett, Joseph Bennett and Dorothy Meli (Bennett). He is also survived by nieces, a nephew, many cousins, aunts, and uncles, as well as countless extended family.
A memorial service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Walter Johnson Funeral Home (803 Raritan Rd, Clark, NJ 07066).
