She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Swandrak and Lillian Swandrak; and her brother John Swandrak (Jack). She is survived by: her husband Stanley Cieslak; her children, Kenneth (Carol) of Fort Myers, FL, Robert (Joyce) of Clark, NJ and Thomas (Melissa) of Allentown, NJ.; her grandchildren, Colin (Sarah), Matthew (Gianna), Michael (Shelby), Samantha, Olivia and Zachary; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Swandrak, Corine King and Barbara Pulaski (Charles). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
