She was predeceased by: her father James Carter. She is survived by: her mother Mary C. Perry Carter (Carter); her brother Philip Perry (Mamie); her children, Eigen L. Lewis (Tiffany), Adrienne C. Lewis and Eason (Kirk); and her grandchildren, Edgar Santiago, Daniel Lewis, Yarisia Lewis (Teal), Chloe Lewis, Kaysen Lewis and Kira Eason. She is also survived by four great‑grandchildren, as well as uncles, nephews, cousins, in‑laws, extended family, and friends.
