We are sad to announce that, on March 4, 2026, at the age of 58, Jeffrey Hart (Clayton, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ernest, Marion Bermender, Clarence and Ruth Hart. He is survived by: his children, Morgan and Wilson (Michelle); his stepson Mateo; his parents, Pat and Jack; and his sister Kathleen (Barbie).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Jeff to PAWS for People or to the Sharing Network Foundation, in honor of his life-saving gift as an organ donor.
