He was predeceased by: his brother Stephen S. Jacobs; and his nephew Dylan. He is survived by: his parents, Stephan V. Jacobs and Shirley A. Jacobs; his brothers, Howard R. Mattson (Michelle) and Nathan D. Mattson; and his siblings' children, Payton, Austin, Kayla, Ethan, Malaina, Jarett, Trevor and Derek.
