He was predeceased by: his brothers, Carl Francis and Norman Francis. He is survived by: his children, Mechelle Salas (Sean) of Runnemede and Kevin Francis (Dana) of Mickleton; his grandsons, Caden Salas, Conner Salas and Michael Francis; and his sister Diane Keen (Will).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ora L. Wooster Funeral Home (51 Park Blvd, Clementon, NJ 08021). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in David's name be sent to Samaritan Gift Processing Center, P.O. Box 71425, Philadelphia, PA 19176-1425.
