He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen. He is survived by: his children, Danielle Titus (Patrick) and Jay Coleman Jr. (Beth Ann); and his grandchildren, Bryan Titus (Rosie), Jarrett Titus, Jordan Coleman and Jillian Coleman.
