He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Margaret; his children, Philip Babilino Jr. (Christine) and Elaine Smith (Joe); his grandchildren, Ryan Smith (Sara), Melissa Smith (Max), Leesa Babilino, Albert Siu and Janice Cheng (Christofer); and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Kenna, Noah and Roman.
