He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Harbinson and Frances Harbinson; his former wife Helen Harbinson; his wife Rita R. Harbinson; his daughter Arlene Harvey; his stepdaughters, Eileen Lagatario, Kathy Waters and Beverly Hedicheck; and his siblings, Emma F. Cunningham, William E. Harbinson and Henry W. Harbinson, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Robert W. Harbinson (Debbie), Bruce D. Harbinson (Ellen), Joyce M. Brown (Joe) and Maryann Krasovetz (Skip); his close friend Kitty Hruza; and his sons-in-law, Theodore Harvey and Bob Waters. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
