She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Kadnar and Pavel Kadnar; her husband Jiri Serbousek; her son Petr Serbousek; and her siblings, Anna Gabrisova, Matilda Kanzler, Johanna Korn, Luiza Rehakova, Frantiska Rybarova, Pavel Kadnar and Maria Urbanicova.

She is survived by: her daughter Jirina Orrico; her son-in-law Patrick M. Orrico; her grandchildren, Natalie Jirina Orrico, Patrick Jiri Orrico and Michael Vincent Orrico; and her great grandchildren, Cooper and Charlotte Blumenthal.
