With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John D. Mitchell Sr. of Cliffside Park, New Jersey, who passed away on May 3, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Mitchell and Nancy Mitchell (O'Connor); and his brothers, James and Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Kristine Mitchell (Evers); his children, John (Isabella), Laurie, Patrick, Michael (Matthew) and Tracy (Michael); his grandchildren, Johnny (Emily), Angelina and Mikayla; and his siblings, Louanne (Stephen) and Michael (Carmen).

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations in his memory to The Alzheimer's Association and Church of the Epiphany "Heritage Fund" Cliffside Park, NJ.
