He was predeceased by: his wife Maria; and his parents, Sime and Ivana (Milic). He is survived by: his children, Joanne Bussanich (Shawn), Devi Mestric and Marie Leslie; his siblings, Mileva Pusic (late Ante), Marija Joja (Mladen) and Davor Mestric (Janja); and his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Ryan, Jack and Samantha.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Joseph Z. Konopka Funeral Home (9046 Palisade Pl, North Bergen, NJ 07047). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Epiphany Church (247 Knox Ave, Cliffside Park, NJ 07010). An entombment will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, TN.
