He is survived by: his wife Malgosia D'Amico (Gronka); and his children, Anthony D'Amico Jr. and Gina Vaccaro (D'Amico). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shook Funeral Home (639 Van Houten Ave, Clifton, NJ 07013). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 8:45 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cyril and Methodius RC Church (218 Ackerman Ave, Clifton, NJ 07011). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (1 Outwater Ln, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663).
