He was predeceased by : his parents, John Petrasek and Mary Petrasek; his brother Edward Petrasek (Eileen); his niece Donna; and his nephew Mark Petrasek.
He is survived by : his daughter Michelle Petrasek (Paul Komorek); his brother Milan Petrasek (Patricia); his nieces and nephews, Jaime Yaktin (Thadd), Kari Puzio (Paul), Matthew Petrasek and Laura O'Leary; and his cousin Eva Frank.
