She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Treski and Jeanne Treski; her husband Donald J. Surgent; and her brother Lawrence Treski. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Gieger (Erich); her grandchildren, Hunter and Collins; and her great grandchild Darrell Surgent.
