He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Vitale-Hanson (Ray), Hannah, Hayley and Maria Uram (Doug); and his grandchildren, Carina, Brendan, Lisa Marie and Douglas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In leu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
