She was predeceased by: her husband Witold; her parents, Adam and Elizabeth; her siblings, Joseph and Theresa; and her son-in-law Stanley Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Roy Bloch (Monica) and Rita Szeliga; her grandchildren, Stanley Jr. (Rebecca), Allison, Rachel and Catherine; and her great grandchild Caleb.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Alzheimer's Association or the local chapter of the ASCPA.
