He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Strowbridge (Douglas) and Evans R Cook IV; his brother Raymond Fredricks; his grandchildren, Doug, Erika, Renee and Eric; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Riley, Gabby, Olivia and Maddy.
