He was predeceased by: his wife Yvonne; and his daughter Yvonne Collins (Cookie). He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Strowbridge (Douglas) and Evans R Cook IV; his grandchildren, Doug, Erika, Renee and Eric; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Riley, Gabby, Olivia and Maddy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whitham-Kanapaux Funeral Home (20 Keller Ave, Rockaway, NJ 07866).
