He was predeceased by: his parents, George Veliky and Theresa Veliky; and his brothers, Stephen (Madge) and John Veliky. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Veliky; his children, Michael Veliky (Jackie), Ann Marie Muttel (Scott) and George Veliky (Alison); his grandchildren, Sean, Jake (Karina), Paulina, Erin, Jason, Kaylie, Megan, Mae and Noah; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Miklovic (Daphne), Joseph Miklovic (Monica) and Phyllis Veliky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
