He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugeniusz Horky and Jozefa Horky; and his son Sebastian Horky. He is survived by: his wife Sabina Horky; his stepdaughter Magdalena Emilia Kaczmarek; and his sister Ewa Ostafil.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Van Tassel Funeral Home (337 Belleville Ave, Bloomfield, NJ 07003). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the East Ridgelawn Cemetery (255 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07014).
