He is survived by: his daughter Kornelia Polonis; his mother Stanislawa Brezden; his brothers, Adam Brezden (Agata) and Ireneusz Brezden (Barbara); his nieces and nephews, Maciej, Tomasz, Katarzyna and Joanna; and his grandchildren, Hanna and Filip.
