With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lucia Higgins of Clifton, New Jersey, born in White Plains, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 6, 2025 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her husband Barry Higgins. She is survived by: her son Kevin (Sarah); her grandchildren, Brad, Mason, Alia Velez (Miguel) and Richard; her great grandchild Alesha; and her sister Catherine McCarthy (John).
