She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph S. Tommaro; her daughter Monique Tommaro; and her siblings, Nunziata Parrinello, Antonia Cancilleri, Filippo Scancarello, Josephine Mazzara and Carmela Boccadoro.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanette Avallone and Nicole Kovar (Marc); her son-in-law John Nyire; her grandchildren, Jonathan Avallone, Rachel Kovar, Jack Avallone, Isabella Kovar and Jack Nyire; and her brother Charles Scancarello.
