He was predeceased by: his wife Frances; his parents, Amillo DeBlaise and Antoinetti DeBlaise; and his siblings, Tony, Frank, Joseph, Rose and Mary.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie McKavanagh (Edward) of Matawan; his siblings, Charles and Rae; his granddaughters, Kayla Grappone (Kyle) and Casey McKavanagh; and his great grandchild Madison.
