He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregory and Helen; and his sister Mary Vagenas. He is survived by: his wife Denise Panayoti (Condaras); his children, Gregory Panayoti (Gabriela) and Valerie Panayoti Raymonds (John); his grandsons, Joseph, Matthew and Vincent Peter; and his sister Sophie Saltamanikas.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to K9s for Warriors.
