He was predeceased by : his parents, Jose Maria Fernandez and Estrella Fernandez. He is survived by : his daughters, Marta Fernandez-Gonzalez and Marlene Collins; his grandchildren, Mckayla and Bianca; his pet Shamus; and his siblings, Humberto Fernandez, Estrella Fernandez, Mercedes Fernandez and Rita Naranjo.
