He was predeceased by: his wife Debra Ann Koch; and his parents, Robert E. Koch and Florence Koch. He is survived by: his daughters, Bridget Lydick (James) of Clifton, ME, Colleen DeSiervo (Salvatore) of Lodi, NJ and Susan Buttel (Michael) of Clifton, NJ. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
