He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C Louer, Sr. and Gladys R Louer; and his former wife Marjorie A. Louer. He is survived by: his children, Karen Richards (David, Sr.) of Yardley, PA, Robert (Carrie) of Princeton, James (Laura) of Clifton and William of Cedar Grove; his nephew James H. Sullivan, IV; and his niece Carol Sullivan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
