He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C Louer, Sr. and Gladys R Louer; and his former wife Marjorie A. Louer. He is survived by: his children, Karen Richards (David, Sr.) of Yardley, PA, Robert (Carrie) of Princeton, James (Laura) of Clifton and William of Cedar Grove; and his sibling's children, James H. Sullivan, IV and Carol Sullivan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allwood Funeral Home (660 Allwood Rd, Clifton, NJ 07012). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the East Ridgelawn Cemetery (255 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07014). A burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at the same location.
