He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro and Eleuteria; and his sisters, Candida, Joaquina, Flora and Petronila.
He is survived by: his wife Carmelita; his children, Rachel, Joseph, Roberto Jr. and Rosa; his grandchildren, Isabelle, Benjamin, Sophie, Audrey and Liezel; his nephews, Matthew and Mark; his niece Maryrose; and his sisters, Feliza and Juana.
In celebration of Roberto's life, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
