Though Dario may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Valcarcel. He is survived by: his children, Joani Valcarcel (Bruce), Dario Valcarcel III (Anna) and Alex Valcarcel; his sibling's children, Kim Betancourt and Erik Hermo; and his grandchildren, Wesley, Sara and Emily. He is also survived by his eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Martin Funeral Home (1761 NJ-31, Clinton, NJ 08809). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
