With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elinor Louise Bettis of Clinton, New Jersey, who passed away on October 12, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Elinor leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Byron Lockhart and Gladys Woodhall; her daughters, Kathe Lynn Bettis and Ann Louise Radomski; her son-in-law Glen Radomski; her sister Joan Williams; her husband Loyd Malcom Bettis; and her son Alan Loyd Bettis.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Washington (40 E Church St, Washington, NJ 07882).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Washington or the charity of your choice.
