She is survived by: her mother Lois Heft; her siblings, Kimberly Jacobus and Bradley Heft (Stacey); her nieces and nephews, Jason Jacobus (Melissa), Jennifer Harrington (William), Madison Nealis (Sean), Logan Heft and Owen Heft; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Colton, Kayleigh, Keandra, Kaitlyn, Devin and Damin; Lily Rose.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Martin Funeral Home (1761 NJ-31, Clinton, NJ 08809). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
