He is survived by: his wife Maureen Sheila Castanien (Petrozelli); his children, Catherine (Jonathan) and James (Sara); his grandchildren, Penelope, Henry, Charlotte and Frederick; and his brother Eric Castanien (Kathleen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
