He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Carroll and Mary C. Carroll; his wife Frances C. Burke; his sister Mollye Carroll; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Burke, Ann Burke, Regina Burke, Patricia Szathmary, Alex Szathmary and Richard Lensis.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Carroll III (Carol), Anne Goodhue (David) and Meghan Carroll; his siblings, George Carroll (Regina), Robert Carroll (Lois) and Kathy Dougherty (Tom); and his sister-in-law Claire Lensis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (316 Old Allerton Rd, Annandale, NJ 08801).
