Luke Anthony Gervase Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Luke Anthony Gervase of Closter, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 15, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Gervase (Erasmo) and Mary Gervase; his stepmother Mary Gervase; and his siblings, Angelo Gervase and Rosemary "Candy" Del Rey.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Laura Bonanno (Christopher) of Dumont, NJ, Ronald Gervase of Springfield, NJ, Richard Gervase (Stuart Delery) of Washington, DC and Luke Gervase (Alexandra) of Warwick, NY.; his grandchildren, Marissa (Stephen Zurich), Brittany (Will Baker), Alicia (Cameron Pierce), Michael, Sebastian, Mia, Matthew, Anthony and Ava; his great grandchild Hudson; and his sister-in-law Madeline Gervase.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pizzi Funeral Home (120 Paris Ave, Northvale, NJ 07647). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Church (199 Walnut St, Northvale, NJ 07647).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Luke's memory to the National Foundation for Cancer Research (http://www.nfcr.org.) or the Alzheimer's Association (http://www.alz.org.) would be greatly appreciated.
