He is survived by: his wife Lisa Dixon; his sons, Michael Hollander (Katherine Perez) of Collings Lakes, Dustin Dixon (Kayla Turner) of Vineland, Christopher Dixon of Collings Lakes and Michaelâ; and his grandchildren, Christoper Dixon Jr., Mackenzie Dixon, Carter Dixon and Mia Hollander. He is also survived by many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
