He is survived by: his significant other Sandy Smolka; his siblings, Margaret Pescatello (Anthony), Cynthia L. Whitbeck, Jr. (Richard) and Roland L. Otto, Jr.; his nieces, Carolyn, Ami, Nicolette, Lindsey and Rachel; and his nephew Jeffrey.
