He was predeceased by: his brother David Penney (Mary); and his parents, Vestella Frances Penney and William Thomas Penney. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Penney; his children, Brian Penney, Rachael McConnell (Tom) and Matthew Penney (Jennifer Mann); his grandchildren, Tommy McConnell, Ethan and Caelian Penney; and his siblings, Andrew Penney (Pam), William Penney (Betty), Randy Penney (Sue), Barbara Cassidy (Bob) and Janet Fortin (David). He is also survived by neighbors and many friends.
