He is survived by: his wife CJ; his children, Robert Emmet Kennedy, Jr. and Mary-Margaret (Thomas); and his granddaughters, Katie and Caroline.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Most Precious Blood Catholic Church (445 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn, NJ 08107). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:50 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (2398 Rte 70 W, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002).
