He is survived by: his wife Carmela Tavormina (Davenia); his children, Phil Tavormina (Denise), Joseph Tavormina and Jennie Tamburello (Ezio); his grandchildren, Julia Matrongollo (Nicholas), Liborio Tamburello (Alexis), Charles F. Tavormina II (Daisy), Charles Tamburello and Gianna Tavormina; his great grandchildren, Josephine and Gio; and his brother Santo Tavormina.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walter J. Johnson Funeral Home (803 Raritan Rd, Clark, NJ 07066). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Vianney RC Church (420 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067). An entombment was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Gertrude Cemetery (53 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067).
