He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Bulkowski and Theresa Bulkowski. He is survived by: his wife Ginny Bulkowski (Virginia); his sister Adele Jones (Kevin Jones); his nieces, Tammy Smith (Cesar Duarte) and Wendy Wolf (Michael Wolf); his great-niece Amy Isabella Smith; and his great-nephew Kyle Duarte Smith. He is also survived by other loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
