He is survived by: his wife Tonya Chaplain; his children, Amber Hartley (Jonathan), Tegann Smeal (Brian), Jacqui Chaplain, Timothy Chaplain (Stephanie), Sadie Chaplain and Jacob Chaplain; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Isaac, Wyatt, Haley, Olivia, Levi, Bailey, Hunter and Isabella; and his siblings, James Chaplain (Dawn), Kim Spurlock (Jeff), Josiah Chaplain and Colleen Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newbaker Funeral Home (200 NJ-94, Blairstown, NJ 07825). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the St. Jude RC Church (7 Eisenhower Rd, Columbia, NJ 07832).
