He was predeceased by : his sons, Wayne Chiodo and Todd Tryon; his parents, Joel Tryon and Anna Marie Tryon; his brother Glenn Tryon; and his sister-in-law Charlotte (Alfred Morgan).

He is survived by : his wife Verda Tryon; and also, Bill, Patti Donnelly, Myra and Kelly Sparks.
